Thanks for yr encouraging response. Im still in the process of finding out email ids of the concerned depts,I will post it and work out an action plan in due course. I just wanted to thank you for your concern abt the worsening traffic chaos in Goa.We need to put pressure on the authorities that road safety and traffic management is a priority issue.
