I would never have imagined that my view that Goanet was a learning
instrument would have been noted much. Yes, Goanet is also most helpful in
making contact with people. In my case I made contact with some after 44+
years. However, what about the learning aspect?

I agree with Valmiki Faleiro about Goanet being a wonderful plaform, a
learning instrument. A friend Suranga Date got in touch with me after 25
years. We somehow lost in touch with one another. The
last time I saw her was at her residence at IIT, Powai in 1981. We met
this
April when she, her husband (senior professor at IIT, Powai) and daughter
visited goa. Those 25 years had simily vanished. If it was'nt for Goanet,
maybe would have never met her again. thank you.
