Bought @ Rs.1000 per sqmtr, developed/spent Rs.300/sqmt more. - It has 70 inches wide screen TV with theatre like surround sound (As Inox would be very far away from here) - Back up huge generator, wireless telecommunication etc - It has 17 steps traditional well (new) for drinking water etc. - Very large garden with greenery (as seen) with white colour friendly rabbits.
