Hi Goans everywhere specially those living in Goa, What Carmo says is vital to thefuture of Goa -- unless all the officials, elected or appoinated bureaucrats, are called upon to account for their actions or inactions they will go their merry way accumulating their ill-gotten gains -- I am glad that there is now a move to check corruption using the RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT -- but in addition we have to take more direct action like ensuring that the elected representative IS NOT ELECTED THE NEXT TIME AROUND -- I hope we will thus ensure that they take necessary action to improve Goa -- law and order among various other aspects of life in Goa.
