Dear Fred, No offense taken. I am glad of the traction this topic has gotten on the forum albeit some emotional. It's difficult not to be emotional when discussing a subject that has to draw a fine line between human rights, civil rights and economic realities.
We have some of Goa's finest minds, in Goa as well as in diaspora, on this forum. Like I said, I am working on a post which I hope will elicit debate on solutions from these fine minds.
