Newton, It is really nice to have you on Goanet! We are priviledged to
have you here. Personally, I do hope that one day Goa also benefits
from your skills, and those of people like you.
We have many talented people in this network, whom we are not even
aware of... while we sometimes focus excessively on name-calling and
infighting. Thanks to what Zidane did, we have got to know you ;-)
BTW, it would be great if you, and others who share your interests,
could take the initiative for a Goanet-Sports. Guess you must be very
busy with your professional life, but we will give you all the backup
possible! FN
PS: They say a society achieves what it celebrates. Goa surely needs
to 'celebrate' sports. Even if personally I am almost wholly
illiterate in this field, and lost interest in it after India had a
series of humiliating cricket defeats in the early 'eighties ;-)
