Mr D'Souza,
I am not trying to build a controversy here but as you
say things must have been happening some time ago, its
all the more reason why corrective measures should
have been taken. You learn through experience and
bring in some changes so that everyone is satisfied
and that change is not by shunning people completely.
Old Goa is a Historic place and people from all over
the world come down to see and along with them there
are the Devotees as well. Just because a few people
mis-behave you don't close down the house.
Have you been to the movies in a theatre? There are
always those few who cause trouble but because of
those few, you dont shut down the movie theatre? You
can approach them, reprimand them or have a
Police/Security Guard to do the needfull. All I am
saying is take the necessary steps to correct the
situation and I am sure the Guides will follow the
guidelines.
Thank you for your reply anyway, and I dont intend
persuing on this matter.
