  I do not agree with this.
   
  You cannot compare the Taj Mahal to the Basilica, That place was built for a 
different reason and the Basilica of goa is a place of worship and still  
major tourist attraction.
   
  If you have the days restricted, then i think you are looking at a huge Mess 
while services are going on. 
   
  I do agree that there may be restriction on time, as on sunday we all go to 
church. But then from Noon to Evening not much of activities are done.
   
  Yes i strictly believed that there has to be a code of conduct set, this 
must be handed over to the guides, and any one who does not obey must be told 
to leave the place.
   
  As far as cash well thats up to the church.
