It is an insensible and illogical concept and proposal that NRIs should be
squeezed to pay higher fees for educating their children in Goa/India,
because of their earning capacity. Considering that the Gulf Goans (NRIs)
have considerably contributed to boost the economy of Goa, through
slogging in the Gulf countries, yet sending almost *all* their savings home
to Goa. What have these Goans got in return?
How much squeeze does one really propose on the Gulf Goan? Isnt it a shame
that after all that Gulf Goans contributed to the State, we propose to
further bleed the Gulf Goans? How does one justify that these Gulf Goans
keep paying higher fees, after they return and remain unemployed in Goa?
Is Fred inferring that Gulf Goans pay *No Taxes* at all in Goa/India?
Note: <Constancio Manuel Gomes, appears to be a NRI, whose son studies in
the Indian Embassy school in the Arabia Gulf.>
