hi dilip - thank you so much for writing this article in such an articulate,
empathic way. it reminds me of where i've come from the resourcefulness of the
human spirit, the warmth and generosity of people who have little but give so
much from the heart. i now live in melbourne australia and have relatives and
friends living in bandra and other parts of bombay. i felt a lump in my throat
when i was reading your article. thank you once again. i admire the resilience
and bravery and will continue to pray for the people of the city (even tho
you're an agnostic).
