On our "mutual acquaintance", Dr. Garcia da Orta, I read a recent reference of his writings. Dr. Da Orta claimed the Nizam to be his very good and personal friend. Hmm, ... I wonder what made him say so? This is definitely not a good statement to believe in and write, if you're living in Goa in the 1560's, when the Portuguese were fighting the Deccan Sultanates.
