Flickr.com doesn't involve a download, in the traditional sense ... as
would sending photos to someone's inbox. Also, the service offers you
to view thumbnails, and you click only on those which you want to see
in enlarged format.
BTW, bandwidth is becoming less of an issue in Goa, for those who are
on broadband. But broadband is not available in all villages. For
instance, Aldona got its access to broadband, after a campaign from
locals, only a few weeks ago. Moira is still awaiting for the same.
