This is way offtopic. I would still like to know whether allegations
of rape in Goa in 1961 are (a) largely true (b) largely false (c)
unestablishable at this point of time (d) part of the propaganda
campaign of the propaganda war of the
colonialism-started-in-1961-in-Goa lobby.
