Thanks Valmiki, for the nice words you have written about my close friend Neela. She was a loving friend, mother, sister, aunt. She was also a wonderful paediatrician, a committed catholic, an upright citizen ,a help to all who needed it, and a lovely person.
In the 60s and 70s, when polio was yet common in this country, she has saved a number of children with her timely diagnosis in Wadias at Bombay.
