albert writes Nasne tizan is done in many ways. One way is to soak nasne (millets) for about one hour and then grind it. Remove the milk out of it and put coconut jaggery and cook it. Very tasty. The second method is to dry the millets thoroughly and grind it in a mill and make powder .Take nasne powder and put water and little salt and cook it to form a thick paste. Add milk and sugar and eat it. albert
