Did anyone taste pinag? If not you may try this receipe.Wash 1kilo rice and dry the same thoroughly in the sun. Heat the dried rice on the tawa till brown and grind the same into powder. Put coconut jaggery in a pounder ,rice powder and dessicated coconut (little quantity) and pound it with a grinding stone till uniform mixture is formed and make small balls of the same and sprinkle the rice powder over it and eat. Last for around 6-7days.
