While crossing verbal swords recently with Gilbert Lawrence, Selma referred to him as "a benign gentleman of my father's era" along with thoughts to that effect. No doubt that will send Gilbert to the nearest anti-aging clinic or at least in search of a good hair dye that will put paid to all that father's era talk.
I am now in dread of what Selma has in store for me should I be on the wrong side of an argument with her and the "hell hath no fury like that of a woman toasted" syndrome comes into play. Will it be You studied in Dhobitalao, what do you know? or Go make your family tree instead of discussing pschiatry or Don't waste my time, go for a Parsi wedding or At least Hitler was a Catholic, you can't even confess to that.. Throw anything at me Selma, I'll be strong and take it, but please don't say "you remind me of my father". I am not getting any younger, even if you are. _______________________________________________ Goanet mailing list [email protected] http://lists.goanet.org/listinfo.cgi/goanet-goanet.org
