Hi Morning
Thanks a lot for the information, but i have all the certificates of my
degrees and diplomas, but the passport office is saying that now it is not
necessay for this ECNR, they will put on the passport only if the person is
(ECR),this is what the message of the passport office
this is what the update is,but i do not know if it is true or not
