Hello,

I am visiting Candolim Goa for two weeks In late October.
First week will be spent with my wife seeing the historic sights of Goa,
enjoying the beach, food and drink and generally keeping the wife happy.

Second week on my own will be spent checking out small fish suitable for
aquariums in ponds and streams around Candolim, Calangute and Baga.
These Goan fish are gaining increasing popularity for aquariums in The West.
I will be photographing some of these small fish that I catch.

I was just wondering if there are any Goan tropical fish societies in Goa that
I can get in touch with before I come?

I know of two tropical fish shops in Panjim - Bislin and Something Fishy.
I would be grateful for their addresses and phone number so that I can make
enquries before I come to Goa.
Also if possible Ashok's Fish shop in Mapusa.
These should be in the phone book?

Are there any books on tropical fish found in and around Goa?

By the way, I am Goan, born in Africa, resident in London.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Iggy Tavares
