Reading the above- well written article- I was miffed a little at the leaders in the Government of Goa specially from South of Goa. (http://www.economist.com/cities) I admit I am from south and you could say I am jealous; because our ministers from South do not exercise their duty/rights to sell South of Goa to the world. I know by experience these ministers do not even visit their constituencies as often as they should to find out what is going on there but when time comes for election, there is all noise urging everyone to vote for them. This topic had come up sometime back and I remember there were only about three complaints that I saw on Goanet.
