There is a lot of sense in what Carmo is saying. Learning on the job, especially, is the bane of any democracy. One must be groomed in the mind-set at an early age, as Carmo likes to say.
But Carmo must realise that there are exceptions to the rule. There is something called "SPARE THE ROD AND SPOIL THE CHILD" In this case the dynastic rulers like the Ranes have spoilt their off-springs through bad bringing up. Rane's son is a spoilt brat. So what sort of dynastic ruler is he going to be?? This is where the guillotine did the work of slicing the scrawny necks of the dynastic rulers in France during the French Revolution. This must be repeat ed in India too, more specifically in AMCHEM GOEM if we are going to have some modicum of stability in our people's rule. floriano _______________________________________________ Goanet mailing list [email protected] http://lists.goanet.org/listinfo.cgi/goanet-goanet.org
