I fully endorse What Sunil has said.
Why was the licence given, or, if the licence was not given, why did the
authorities who are many apart from the local b****y panchayat close their
eyes for 6 solid years??
It is fine to have demolished the bungalow of a foreigner who is impotent to
do anything about it. If it was mine, I would have shot dead and then
castrated each and everyone who took my money and took me for a ride. And I
would gladly go myself, after that, but not before.
More than anybody else, the men in charge when the bungalow was coming up 5
or 6 years ago should pay and not the foreigners.
