Thanks for the update Carmo, Yes Fr. Anthony was an excellent person and I remember him very well athough I was not an alter boy at St. Peter's as I belonged to Mt. Carmel's Parish.
Good Luck in your venture to fast track Fr Anthony to "Sainthood", I am with you and please keep me updated on the quest. Further to your comment(s)of flourishing Goan/East-Indian rivalries worldwide, this is either in your head or happened after my school tenure. I was a 1973 student and am an proud East-Indian, we did not have any rivalries at that time and were an absolute team whoever/where ever and whatever we did. Now that you are not even a resident of Bandra, I think you should re-think the text of your messages. In Canada we DO NOT have any malice towards whatever upbringing and we make the best of any occasion, there are a lot of Goan festivities here. Food for thought!
