RESPONSE: I know of one person who has Indian Nationality, who has moved lock, stock and barrel from the U.K. to Navelim, Goa. The container arrived directly in Goa. My cousin too, from Dubai sent a container to Goa. The customs are pretty sticky, irrespective of whether the goods are old nor not...seems some greasing or influence is needed!
