You're right, Joe. The method I described is a rule of the thumb for middle-aged men. Apart from age, gender, physical frame (small, medium, large) and even race are taken into account to arrive at a more scientific conclusion. For example, Africans and Caucasians are known to have better bone density than Asians. But you're on the right track if you maintain your current weight. Don't worry, be happy!
