If you need to leave Goa early or return to Goa late in the evening
(to an aiport within India, or for onward flight), this isn't
possible. To me, rather than the new inbound international flights,
this seems to be a major issue that currently stymies the productivity
of all people entering the region (other than on holiday!) Would Prof
Philip Thomas agree? FN
