Indian State 'Jammu & Kashmir' has different rules, perhaps due to India &
Pakistan dispute.
If any land purchase is banned for non-State residence Indians in Nagaland,
Mizoram, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, etc - why our MLAs bring similar
legislation in the State of Goa?
Does any advocate knows these Acts or any Act in the below mentioned Indian
States?
What action can Goans take to introduce similar Bills in the Goa Legislative
Assembly?
Genuine advice is welcome?

Law to ban land sale to non-Goans demanded
MARGAO, Dec 8: The Curtorim Block Congress President Reginaldo Lourenco has
demanded that the government introduce a legislation prohibiting sale of land
in Goa to those not resident of the State as is being done in states like
Kashmir, Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, etc. He pointed out
that the demand for land in Goa has hugely increased in recent years, mostly
because of demand from people resident outside Goa, who can afford high prices.
