Dear Albert,
No you really can't judge a woman's character by what
she chooses to wear. What may seem immodest to you
maybe just fashionable or trendy to another person. I
agree with you that a certain amount of modesty is a
good thing, but I think that should be an individual
decision rather than the job of the morality police,
unless ofcourse we are bordering on public indecency.
