Next, I need your help on what drinks to serve the
revellers. I have at my disposal:
1) The most expensive caju feni in the world. Cecil
knows what I am talking about. Every Xmas I send my
brother-in-law tons of electronics and in return I
get, so I am told, two bottles of the hardest to find
caju feni from Siolim.

Cecil replies:
Please understand the difference between 'most expensive', 'hardest
to find' and 'best'. They are not always the same.

Mervyn:
2) The second drink choice for the revellers is the
hardest to find liquor in Canada.

Cecil:
As Selma keeps reminding everyone, I have not been around as much as
her, so please Mervyn educate us (non-global travellers) on this
'hardest to find' liquor in Canada.

--------

Mervyn:
3) The third choice is what every Goan smells from 20
ft away.

Cecil:
Now that's a tough one.
Urrack? Preferably had only in humid March-April and with Limca.
Port Wine No. 5? Yuck!
Doctor's Brandy? Yuck!
Toddy? Can't remain fresh
Solan No. 1 Whisky? Doesn't smell much.
Palm Feni? Doesn't smell much.
????

What liquor is typically consumed by Goans and has a odour range of
20 feet? Sorry Mervyn you got me here? I consider myself quite the
expert on Goan booze and boozing habits, but this 20 feet thing has
got me stumped. Perhaps Domnic of Antique Shelf fame can help unravel
this riddle? We are talking liquor aren't we?

Cheers!

Cecil
