On the second point, Thanks for informing me that "there are hundreds of
Brits coming to Macau. The grass is green wherever." Indeed I wish there
were many thousands instead of just hundreds as we are rather crowded on
these small isles and yet, thousands are making a beeline to the UK every
day!
