Every one seems to be talking but no one is suggesting anything. Everyone is
opposing but no one is trying to rectify the error or plunder .If I was
giving power and few like minded people I would do this. Divide Goa into
zones. Vasco, Margao, Mapuca and Panjim should be reserved as commercial
zones. No construction should be allowed on hills at all. Villages like
Saligao, Moira, Aldona which has fields should be only reserved for
agriculture by forming co operative societies and vegetables rice etc should
be grown along with horticulture and no fields should be used for
construction of homes.Hillsides like Mandrem aswem etc should be used to
growing plants, distillaries etc. and the sea sides should be used for
tourism.This will help with employment and we will be self sufficient with
cereals vegetables etc. But who will do all these?
