Hi Renji, Copies have been put out by the Goa Institute of Management
(and CII); you could try with either source. Unfortunately, as with
many other things in our information-poor Goa, it's not available
online.
(There would be a strong case for placing online a whole lot of
official reports, semi-official studies related to Goa, budget
documents, even the laws that govern us but which are either
outrageously priced when put up for sale at the Government Printing
Press, or not available at all).
