Can any one tell me that while booking railway tickets at Panjim Kadamba bus one has to pay Rs.10 to obtain a token. This system is not followed else where in India. There was a man who wanted bookings for three different stations and was told that he has to take three tokens paying Rs.30/- Could someone who is familiar with this tell me as to why only a token has to be taken before one fills a form to get tickets in advance? Could some one from the Railways explain this to me?
