Dear Albert,
Would you like a lay person without a medical degree
to operate on you? Then why pray tell are you
confident that lay people can preach the word of God
better than priests. I've been to Pota, Kerala, where
lay people preach. Their interpretations of the word
of God are arbitrary, hollow, without substantive
reading or understanding of the matter. They lead
gullible people astray, they corrupt all that is good
about religion and serve it on a platter of untruths.

Comment: Only a Deacon, Priest and higher ups can read the Gospel and
preach; this is as per the rules of the Church !

Can you imagine, all those that I recently mentioned, (weekend drivers
) Who cheat and rob and who have no moral conscience, like the Goa
MLA's, being invited to preach !! Also Joe U.K.'s 'friend' who gives
out Holy Communion on a Sunday, as well as the numerous Eucharistic
Ministers that we have here in London, who are not fit for the job and
are committing sacrilege.
