On reading that Babush Monserrate had resigned, the first thought that
came to my mind was whether or not CBI raids would follow!
Isidore Fernandes was reined in with the help of the CBI. There were
also rumours that Digambar Kamat was threatened with raids, if he
did not join the Congress Party, before he left the BJP.
CBI is a good tool in the hands of the ruling party at the Centre!!

Goa minister resigns
