How many elections in the last 45 years? Goa likely has the worst record of
the number of state governments among all Indian states.
It appears we have too much freedom after conquest, re-conquest ani
liberation.:=)) So I say, "Saiba bogos", when one claims Goans are not
liberated and have no freedom.
I am glad we agree. So, from your prior post, its looks like I am not
