Butch is not pig's stomach but small intestine. That intestine has to be
thoroughly cleaned with water till all the excreta is removed. Then it has
to be made inside out and rubbed with salt and leaves of sour lime to remove
any excreta sticking to the walls and also to remove the smell. Then the
intestine has to be cut into small pieces. I think the sorpotel massala will
do. It is tasty provided you do not cook it. If you happen to wash the
intestine or remain present over there you will not eat it for centuries. As
for me I once happened to help my aunt to clean it many years ago and now if
someone even tries to give me to taste even I will not accept it.
