A photo exhibition GOA ON THE BRINK will be held
in Panjim from Jan 30 to Feb 2 in the Senado Hall at
Hotel Mandovi. This photo essay has been conceived
by photographer Dr. Rajan P. Parrikar and is a depiction
of the sad & shocking story of the calculated & criminal
assault on Goa by politicians, mega-builders and
greedy investors, and the adverse impact of the
Regional Plan 2011 on Goa's fragile ecosystem.
The exhibition will be inaugurated at 4 pm on Tue, Jan 30,
by the internationally known artiste and social activist
Hema Sardesai, and will be open from 4-8 pm on Jan 30,
10-1 and 4-8 on Jan 31 & Feb 1, and 10-1 on Feb 2.
Entrance is free.
