FOR SOME TIME GOA SHOULD BE UNDER A PRESIDENT'S RULE ( SOGGLEANK MOD MALLA)
If we elect young blood in the coming elections then we can expect a
different and better Goa , otherwise electing the same old guards is not
intersting, let the young rule Goa , give them a chance to prove their
worth, let Goa be an example for the rest of India that Yes now Goa is in
the right hands. We shall be electing the old guards and complaining about
them and we are to blame.
