RESPONSE: Roland, oh Roland, I was just chided for using the word half
wit, now you go and call our mutual friend, who has a place in
Portugal, named after his family, witless! (crazy ?)

RESPONSE: Good drinking, on the subject of Calvados, I was not
crooning about it, just expressing.
My son has just returned from Nice, France and informs me, that he was
served his Cognac warm and with two brown sugar cubes !
Now if you had done the same with your Calvados, who knows, you might
have been in sugar heaven !
