Addition to a 101 list for chicanery? Is this how our

There was an interesting article about a
Goan-Kenyan-American called
Rommel Nobay who managed to fool the Princeton
admissions team that he
was part black and part funded by a family of lepers,
who were helping
him realise his dream.
He has my vote for FN next list of #101 Cybergoans. No
one else could
have pulled this off.
