NEW VCD IN KUWAIT.
Well known Goan stage artiste, writer, director, composer and singer Rosary
Ferns will release his new and second VCD MOGAN TUJEA LASOTAM on Thursday
the 15th of this month in a specially organised function in Kuwait City in
the evening at 7.30. The much awaited VCD will be released thru the hands
of one of the prominent Goans Mario Rebello who is known in the community as
an stalwart of Goa and Konkani. Mr. Rebello is an executive body member of
the prestigious Kuwait Konknni Kendr that is promoting the cause of Konkani.
Rosary Ferns has earlier to his credit 12 Konkani Albums in the form of
Audio Cassettes and CDs. He is the producer of first ever Konkani CD which
was incidentally released in Kuwait only. Besides, he wrote and directed 20
Dramas most of which were staged in Kuwait itself. Having a melodious voice
he composes and sings his own songs. In the new VCD there are 10 songs all
sung by renowned singers namely the youthful and pretty Veeam Bond Braganz
who renders the title song Mogan Tujea Lasotam, Duets by Antonette de
Calangute and Bonny, Peter & Roshan, solos by Rosary Ferns, Lawry Travasso,
Bab Agnelo, Mini Mario and a well known yesteryears singer Luciano Dias.
Musical score for this VCD is provided by Maestro Josinho DSouza and Agnelo
Dias.
