Well, according to a source, HPT (Hot Pub Talk) near Miramar, it appears that
every household
in taleigao constituency is a potential winner (no need to buy a lottery
ticket).
They have a choice too. Rs.50,000 Cash or a Motor Bike.
And I really thought, this year, the rate per vote would increase by 100% to
