Hi Merwyn,

Yale University always had a dubius reputation, they are used to
embarrassing visibility. It was founded by Eli Yale (born of Welsh parents)
who made his money smuggling opium for the East India company. Before
George W Bush, Yale had graduated a number of Presidents such as William
Taft, Gerald Ford, Bill Clinton and George H.W. Bush. So Yale had a long
Presidential History - it did not begin with George W. Bush.

Manohar Parrikar has pioneered a new avenue for the highly successful IIT
graduates in politics. He has blazed a new trail and this has even
encouraged guys like Jairam Ramesh (ex IIT Bombay) of Karnataka who is now a
minister of State for Commerce in the Congress government in Delhi.

Best Regards,

Dr. Carmo D'Cruz,
Goan, IITian
Indian Harbour Beach, Florida

Dr. Carmo D'Cruz,
Yale got more visibility when George Bush became President. Unfortunately,
it still is an embarrassing
visibility. Sort of the same thing that happened after Parrikar released his
video.
