We have finished celebrating our Carnival and Valentine celebrations.
The Germans had their "Fasching" parties.
Can we send half of our decoration to the Carnival in Goa and Brazil.
I mean the snow.:-))

The die is cast, the pie crust is broken...and the worms are peeping out at
Panaji city. Promises and pie-crusts are meant to be broken. Dhavlikar learnt
it in the Public Works, Bab Tony learnt it in the fire works.
In the meanwhile, Dr.Willy's Tourism Dept will conduct the Carnival while
Fatima's Carnival Parade will 'float' around the Promenade of Panaji. To assist
Dr. Willy in this year's carnival committee, we have Digambar Kamat, Mayor of
Panaji, and the Chirpersons of the Margao , Vasco and Mapusa Municipal Councils
as the Vice-Chairpersons.
