I am 99.1% of the time an irrepresible optimist. But with regard to
Carmo's claims on the patented program developed by his sons, I would
say for obvious reasons that have nothing to do with Carmo's bragging
or his sons' abilities, "If wishes were horses, beggars would ride."
I am not surprised with Carmo's claims. But I would be surprised at
your naivete if you were requesting for the program for anything but
the most tongue-in-cheek reasons.
