Since I am currently out of Goa it'll have to wait a few
weeks. But I may go ahead and book the cafetato.in
domain. My focus here is not "information" for
information's sake. The trio of Tato, Bhonsle and
Real (Cafe Central, too) is a crucial part of our capital
city's heritage and very little is documented (online or
otherwise) by way of their history, offerings and their
evolution (or not - for instance, the samosa at Cafe
Central and the suki bhaji at Tato are invariant
under all spacetime coordinate transformations).
I look forward to taking Macro photos of Tato's
suki bhaji - their batata cut is to be found nowhere.
