Dear Goans, I have some few questions on Tejpal episode;
1. Tejpal arrived Goa at about 5 PM on 29th Novt.2013 and straight away drove to Crime Branch D.Paula along with his lawyers. 2. And why Press and public who were outside the Police Outpost did not know when his interrogation will complete. 3. Why Tejpal case was delayed. It gives an ample time for manipulations. 4. When there was no camera in the elevator why it is said that he has raped her in the elevator? 5. It shows that the victim might be having a rape video with her hence it appears to be blackmailing him? Why was not sent the victim to GMC Hospital for Check up? 6. Who knows that after the interrogation at the Crime Branch whether he was shifted or arrested to police Headquarters or will he be kept in the same Branch or he will be given a special room or Hotel. Who knows for certain? 7. What kind of food will be given to him during his arrest period? 8. Nobody knows for certain that Tejpal is related to Sibal? Sibal has denied that but why the Press made such a twist? It is very easy to find out on RTI or with documents. 9. Why Parrikar has insisted to take up this case as a special one when there are many similar cases pending in Goa. Even Scarlet case is still under investigation. Tejpal case appears to be politically motivated. What is the reason Parrikar taking keen interest? 10. Why Soma Chaudery Managing Director of Thelka resigned afterwards. She should have stayed on duty and completed the investigation? 11. Will this case will continue in Goa jurisdiction or transferred to Delhi or elsewhere? If it was an ordinary citizen than by this time he would have been jailed. 12. How much exact cash was sanctioned to Thinkfest by Parrikar Govt? and how much funds received from Delhi /Central Government? SD d.paula
