Bwana D'Souza, Most people I know give in to their spouse and renew their marriage vows. This is the first exercise I have heard, of someone just getting new marriage certificates. I like this idea, it is much cheaper than another wedding celebration. Maybe you should patent the idea or offer such services to people in Goa. I would be fist in line.
