Xavier Centre for Historical Research plans to launch a Gardeners' Club of Porvorim. In this connection, horticulturist Miguel Braganza is to hold a two-hour workshop on Winter Vegetable Gardening at the XCHR, Alto Porvorim on Sunday, December 8, 2013 from 4 to 6 pm.

He has also edited several books published by the Agricultural Officers' Association of Goa.
